Spacious and modern villa, located on the Aroeira Golf resort, near Lisbon. The villa is located on the golf course, wonderfully quiet, hidden among the pine trees.
It has a unique swimming pool that is adjacent to the villa. On the ground floor there are windows that provide a view under water, very special!
The Aroeira resort is very spacious and located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. At the resort you will find all necessary facilities, such as a small supermarket, a café, restaurants and bicycle rental. There is a large communal swimming pool and 4 tennis courts that you can rent. In addition, there are two championship golf courses, both 18 holes, hidden among the pine trees and surrounded by luxurious private villas. The beach is less than 2 km from the resort, with various beach bars and restaurants. The resort is surrounded by miles of beautiful sandy beaches along the Atlantic Ocean coast. There are many types of water sports available both at sea and at the nearby Lagoa de Albufeira, a quiet bay that is also wonderful for small children. In the evening you can enjoy dinner on the beach and watch the sun sink into the sea. The center of Lisbon is only 30 minutes away and there is also plenty to do in the charming coastal village of Costa da Caparica.

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. Suite with double bed and attached bathroom, two bedrooms with a double bed each, these bedrooms share a bathroom.
The lower floor: 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, open space with two single beds. Two bathrooms.
There is cable television (English channels) in the villa and you can use the WiFi internet. The villa has air conditioning, which you can use for an additional fee. There is enough parking space for three cars.
Outside: the garden measures 1200 m2 and offers a lot of privacy to the guests and plenty of space for the children to play. There is a large terrace by the private swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 1.20 - 2.40 m). There are sunbeds available to enjoy the sun, and there is a separate dining area on the terrace near the barbecue.
