A lovely modern villa. Comfortably furnished with a view over the ocean that will make you completely happy. A very spacious garden with always a seat in or out of the sun, with a lovely heated swimming pool.
A 5-minute walk takes you to the small beach in the bay of the village of Porto Dinheiro.
Beautiful golf courses within a 40-minute drive, including the top courses Praia d'el Reij and Westcliffs. Lisbon is within easy reach, as is the old town of Obidos and surfers paradise Nazaré.

The house has a fully furnished and equipped kitchen. Do you like cooking? Then you will be very happy here. Do you prefer the microwave or an easy bite? That is also possible.

The living room is spacious and has a lovely seating area and a fantastic large dining table. A fireplace provides you with warmth and coziness. You can also watch TV, or of course use your favorite streaming service.

The house has 5 nice bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two bedrooms have an en suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms offers a spacious bath. Comfort serves people.

Around the house you can always find a spot in or out of the sun. The morning sun shines behind the house and that is why a nice terrace has been created there. In front of the house there is a very spacious terrace that overlooks the garden, the swimming pool, the licorice and the sea!

A special outdoor dining area has been created in the kitchen that is cleverly combined with the pizza oven and the barbecue.

We bought this house half-finished in 2020. With a local contractor we made the house completely to our liking.
It is a wonderful place with a magnificent view, a dream home for us. Our children and friends also like to come here, because it is a nice, spacious and comfortable house with large terraces and a lovely, heated swimming pool.
Very nice if you too spend a nice time here with your loved ones.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rent
The rental price applies to the rental of the house with a maximum of 6 people. For more guests, a surcharge of €20 per person per night applies.
The mentioned rental price includes the cleaning costs and washing of bath and bed linen.

Rental terms
When booking, a deposit of 25% of the rental period will be charged to confirm the requested rental period.
The remaining part of the rental period must be paid 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.

Deposit
An additional deposit of € 500 will be charged.

Annul
If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, no rent is due. In the event of a cancellation between six and two weeks before the start date of the rental period, the tenant will still owe 50% of the rental price; In case of cancellation from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period, the tenant remains liable for the full rental price.
