The villa itself is integrated into a privileged pine forest, the perfect place to enjoy nature and long walks in an unspoiled environment, all in close proximity to spectacular beaches.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Groups of adults only agree after prior consultation with the landlord.

Flexible Arrival: Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are accepted.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Air conditioning
- Final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet
- 1 High chair and 1 baby cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Deposit waiver: €70 per week, non-refundable (damages covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35

Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- 2 extra beds on the ground floor (on request)
- Pets not allowed
- Swimming pool heating optional: € 40 per night
