Spacious apartment with garden on the ground floor of a house garden in the small village of Livramento.
The apartment is bright, cozy, comfortable and cool.
It is located close to Estoril, in the triangle of Cascais, Sintra and Lisbon. The surfers' beaches of the west coast, "O Oeste", are easy to ride on.
Lisbon airport is 25 kilometers from the apartment and the train station to Lisbon and Cascais is 1.5 kilometers. The beach is 2 kilometers away. There is a bus from Livramento to the station and the beach. In the village of Livramento there is a "Pastelaria" bakery (Zineira) where you can have a very good breakfast, lunch or take away, everything is home-made, highly recommended. There is also a restaurant "Canhoto", where you can eat well in the evening. The nearest supermarket is 1 km from the apartment.

Livramento is a great starting point to explore the versatile area. There are museums, historic towns, castles and monasteries. If you want to go out for a night you can go to Cascais or Lisbon. Or visit a picturesque market, go mountain climbing, walk in nature reserves, windsurfing, horse riding or attend a yoga class on the beach.

The apartment is on the ground floor of our holiday home and is suitable for 4 people. There are two bedrooms, three beds, a bathroom and kitchen. There is a baby bed and high chair available. Guests can use the front of the shared garden. There is a terrace at the front door and a deck with barbecue. You can park in front of the gate or in the street. There is WiFi and a television with international channels. You can use our washing machine. Towels, bed linen, kitchen linen and beach towels are provided. The kitchen has an induction hob, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and an electric kettle. There is also a parasol and a barbecue. For a larger group or more privacy, it is an idea to combine it with Lemon tree house further down the street.


News : We are going to Livramento in March to prepare the apartment for rental from April to October. Refresh everything and make it cozy for a beautiful season.
