Located in a quiet area and close to several sandy beaches. This beautiful villa is the result of a major renovation project that took place in April 2011. Villa Apulia is flanked by lush green pine forests and offers you beautiful views over the beautiful northern Portuguese landscape. The old fishing village of Apulia is only 12 kilometers away. Barcelos, one of the liveliest towns in the north of Portugal and the ceramics centre of Portugal, is about 20 kilometres away. The large weekly market in the nearby town is held weekly on Thursdays. Porto is about a 30-minute drive away. Basic amenities such as a supermarket, a bakery and a bar can be found within walking distance.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen. Living/dining room with comfortable furniture, cable TV and music system. Guest bathroom with toilet and shower.

First floor: master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room. Two bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom with shower.

Outside: barbecue terrace ideal for al fresco dinners, lawn, private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m. and a depth of 0.85 x 1.80 m. Outdoor shower by the pool and a laundry room with washing machine.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Single-gender groups are only allowed upon request.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are acceptable.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet
-Air conditioning
- 1 High chair and 1 baby cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Deposit surrender: € 50 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to € 1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35

Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 75 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Pool heating: € 225 per week

Guests who wish to use the pool heating must request this at least 1 week before arrival.
