On 2 floors, guests can use 6 spacious suites, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a dining room. On the outside, a large private swimming pool of 12 m x 4.70 m fits perfectly with the sunny weather that Portugal has to offer! An outdoor dining area and built-in BBQ are an excellent choice for al fresco meals. The property also has a large garden with plenty of space for children to play.
A short drive away is the beautiful Fonte da Telha beach, with a wide range of restaurants, bars, water sports and beautiful sunsets.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.

-Groups of adults only agree after prior consultation with the landlord.

Flexible arrival: Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are accepted.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Deposit waiver: €70 per week, non-refundable (damages covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35

Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Central heating: € 30 per day (mandatory from mid-October to mid-April)
