Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
-Groups of adults only agree after prior consultation with the landlord.

Flexible arrival: Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are accepted.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Damage insurance: € 70 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35

Optional to book, on request:
- Pool heating: € 175 per week (not available from 16 Oct to 1 Apr)
- Air conditioning cold optional: € 175 per week
- Air conditioning hot optional; compulsory from mid-October to mid-April: € 175 per week
