The villa opens onto a unique and idyllic landscape that is a true invitation for the family to spend an unforgettable holiday in the ideal place to enjoy nature and long walks in an unspoiled environment, all in close proximity to spectacular beaches. The 1200 square meter garden offers plenty of space for the children to play or just to relax and enjoy the sun. Terrace with attractive outdoor furniture, table and chairs for 10 people and 6 sunbeds. Near the pool, you will find a dining area with a wooden table and a barbecue that allow for cozy gatherings and fine dinners outside. The private swimming pool is 7m x 4m (1.20m -2m deep). Parking for 2 cars.

Please note:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Groups of adults only agree after prior consultation with the landlord.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are acceptable.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet
- 1 High chair and 1 baby cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Deposit surrender: €70 per week, non-refundable (damages covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35

Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Pool towels: €5 per towel per stay
- Central heating € 225 per week
