Welcome to Quinta da Mama Deira, the farmhouse is part of the village of Vila Nova de Oliveirinha and belongs to the municipality Tabua. All this is located in the heart of the Beira Alta in central Portugal. This region is known as a green region with enough peace and quiet. Also found in this region the typical Portuguese granite houses. Quinta da Mama Deira is such a traditional granite house, dating since 1868 and is located on a 3ha plot of what the Dutch translation of Quinta do justice: Estate, Welcome!

The farmhouse, dating from 1868 has recently been completely restored and the redevelopment is in its final stage. The farmhouse consists of two floors, covers 100 m2 and can accommodate 4 adults and 4 children. On the ground floor is the kitchen with patio doors providing access to the terrace. Also found on the ground floor two 2-person bedrooms respectively. 12m2 and 15m2, bathroom with bath, separate rain shower and toilet. Through a small spiral staircase or outside through the granite staircase like the old antique houses befits one arrives at the 1st floor. Moreover, one in the living room where they found a wood stove for the winter months and an insight into the open loft and living room wooden dakconstructie.De then provides access to two 2-person children's bedrooms respectively. 4m2 and 6m2 with an intermediate toilet. Finally, the living room access to both balconies, providing an ideal spot for the sun.

The farmhouse belongs to the village of Vila Nova de Oliveirinha and situated on the outskirts of the village surrounded by nature. From the heart of the village is 1000 meters distance to the farmhouse where the last 300 meters on a dirt road going through the pine forests. Arriving at the farmhouse one sees a variety of landscape ... the 3ha land is divided between coniferous forest, terraces to the valley and an open plain. On the lawns and terraces Vande flat parts are the sheep of the local shepherd welcome guests. The water tank at the highest point of the estate in the early days during the hot and dry summer days to ensure sufficient irrigation water was now serving as the pool to cool off. From all this you can enjoy from the large terrace and two balconies that make you at all seasons of the sun or enjoy the shade you want. Here you can with a glass of wine staring endlessly stunning vistas until it gets dark and there innumerable stars in the sky looks. Enjoying his Portuguese!

Rental prices in Euro (€) per week for the whole house for the season 2011 as follows:
2 persons respectively 250, 300 or 450 Euro for the low, mid or high season. 4 persons respectively 300, 350 or 450 Euro for the low, mid or high season.
6 or more persons respectively 350, 400 or 500 Euro for the low, mid or high season.
Payments: A 25% deposit is required to confirm reservatiete.
This deposit will be refunded if canceled until the full payment has not yet occurred.
Full payment must be received 60 days before arrival and can not be canceled.

Changeover day is usually Saturday, possibly after consulting Friday or Sunday.
