2-person apartment with private (covered) terrace in attractive mini resort with beautiful garden and large swimming pool. Centrally located in the Algarve, about 25 minutes west of Faro airport, a few km from the seaside resorts of Vilamoura and Loulé. This apartment has been completely renovated in 2022. Renting a car is recommended.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a view over the shared garden. There is a kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, fridge, microwave, a dining table and a sitting area with a television. Bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and toilet; bedroom with 2 bed.
Extra bed for an additional fee and possible on request, pets are also welcome for an additional fee.
Spending the winter in the Algarve? Our location is very central, ideal for exploring the entire Algarve.

Our daughter Marloes has been the owner of Casa do Alto since 2016, a beautiful mini resort with 3 ground floor apartments and 14 en-suite rooms. In the summer a fantastic place to enjoy the Algarve without being bothered by mass tourism. In winter ideal for a longer stay, then only the apartments are rented, based on accommodation (min. stay 4 nights).

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Summer months:  From April 14, 2025 we will be open again with hotel service. Your apartment is cleaned daily, you can use the lovely swimming pool and you can have breakfast and lunch with us. Our bar and reception are then open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm for all your questions, a drink, lunch or snack.

Winter months:   from October  15, 2025 to April 1, 2026, our apartments and garden rooms are available for a minimum stay of 4 nights. If you stay longer, there is a weekly cleaning with linen change. During this period, our reception and bar will be closed, arrival and departure by appointment. You can make free use of the garden and the swimming pool, where you will find seating areas and sunbeds. 
Ideal for wintering: inquire about our offer if you want to stay 4 weeks or more.

The location is ideal for those seeking tranquility who enjoy walking or cycling, combined with reading a book by the beautiful, quiet swimming pool. The friendly staff of Casa do Alto can help you choose an excursion, but they can also show you the less tourist spots and your questions about sports, going out etc. Casa do Alto is located in the middle of the Algarve, between the airport and Albufeira in. Each are about 25 minutes away.
