Cozy townhouse in a very quiet area surrounded by nature and yet close to the beaches and the center of Silves.

This property is ideal for nature lovers and hikers and/or beachgoers due to its unique location.
The house is equipped with all conveniences such as: kitchenette, air conditioning, TV, books, games, large garden with various fruit trees such as, oranges, peach, lemon, grapes, plums, pear, avocado all this of course seasonal.

The house is child-friendly and has various playground equipment such as a trampoline.
There are many fun activities for children in the area and our own children also like to play with other children during the holidays.

We also have a beautiful saltwater swimming pool and a luxurious jacuzzi.

Together with my partner we rent out various homes in the beautiful sunny Algarve of Portugal, our home in Silves next to our own house, the apartment in Boliqueime and the Villa in Boliqueime.
My partner and I live in Silves with our four children, three daughters and a son.
Our children really enjoy meeting other children and playing together.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
