Orange Grove Residence 1

Orange Grove Residence is a set of 6 purpose built holiday homes located in the centre of a large orange farm. Further to the house garden there is endless greenery and quietness. This project was finished by the end of 2023, and started offering holiday homes rentals on self-catering basis in April 2024.

The house has in their first floor, 2 large bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, both with a large balconies overlooking the swimming pools and the orange trees. The ground floor has a large living room equiped with a large sofa that can double as a 160X200cm, with its own balcony overlooking the orange trees and next to it the third bathroom of the house. From the very large kitchen and dining room you access the outside and your own patio. The house is all separate with independent entrance.

Guests can walk barefoot from the house to one of the two swimming pools, one low depth (from 50cm to 1m) for children (72m2 large) and the larger one 96m2 is 1.6m deep and for adults. Only 3 Km away from historic Silves attractions we are located near the most valued beaches in the Algarve, including the west coast. The houses have comfortable modern furniture, state of the art appliances, more than 20 big and small appliances so that you feel home and have all that you possibly need. We have fast internet, 1gbps fiber optic connection and guests can expect the wifi available throughout around 500Mbps in the property. Guests can remotely work or can use entertainment streaming services demanding on internet bandwidth.
The level of comfort we offer is unsurpassed and we are a brand new property. We have a covered car parking and offer electric car charging in the property.
