The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine and all the necessary equipment for meals.

Security Deposit - We request a security deposit in the amount of €800, this amount must be paid up to 7 days before Check-In and will be refunded until the 7th day after Check-Out if the property and equipment are as they were delivered to guests. 
Please note that these conditions do not include the possibility of bringing pets without prior authorization.
Without prior authorization, the cancellation of the reservation may be imposed.

A Municipal Tourist Tax may be charged, if it is in force.
