Swimming Pool
The pool is 8m x 5m with corner steps for access. There is a ample room for the sun loungers plus other seating areas allowing you to always find shade or take advantage of the glorious sunshine.
At one end of the pool the Tiki Bar can be located which you will have full use of during your stay.  The Tiki Bar is fully equipped with a fridge and plenty of safe use glasses.  The Tiki Bar is operated as an honesty bar which means you can help yourself to the drinks whilst not forgetting to drop your Euros into the Honesty Box. The bar will be stocked with water, soft drinks, beer and wine - other requests can be made in advance of your arrival.

BBQ & Outdoor Dining Area
In addition to the Tiki pool bar, there is a BBQ area that will have space for you to dine and drink together.  External lighting allows this area to be used until late.

Guests have the opportunity to have exclusive use of the village and amenities.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this to the host via email (even if this has already been communicated to the host by telephone, for example).The host will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the renter only informs the host on the start date or during the rental period that they will not (or no longer) use the rented object, they remain liable for the full rental price.

Centrally located in the eastern Algarve, Quinta Da Horta is a great place from which to discover all the secrets of the stunning Algarve.

We are 1km away from the centre of Sao Bras. The town is full of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Surrounding us are rolling hills, perfect for a walk and many cycling routes. Everywhere you go you will see the fields full of olive trees and many fruit orchards.

Several of the best Algarve beaches and golf courses are approximately only a 20 minute drive.

The popular sites of Vilamoura Marina and Quinta Do Lago can all be reached within 30 minutes.
