My name is Eddy R .. I am Belgian and live with my family in Mechelen, 20 km from Antwerp. After a long career as a businessman in foreign companies, I now want to make some more time for my family and my friends. Our house in the Algarve is the perfect location for that. We like to put our villa at the disposal of families who want to come and enjoy the sun, the beach and the beautiful nature in a unique setting.

Explanation of prices

The reservation is only final when the full amount for the period in question has been paid.

Our rates include the following costs : rent, use of the entire accommodation, linen and towels, cleaning before arrival and after departure, liability insurance, maintenance of the swimming pool and gardens, house management.

In the period November to the end of March we charge a surcharge of €0.50 per kWh for heating and electricity consumption (incl. VAT) and €3 per m3 for water consumption (+ 23% VAT). At the end of your stay, your consumption will be settled based on the status of the energy meters in the villa.

In the period April to the end of October we charge a surcharge of €140 per week (€20/day), incl. VAT, for energy costs (electricity, air conditioning, water, ...). This amount will be transferred to the account of the owner of the villa at least 48 hours before check-in.

A tourist tax of €1.5 per day and per adult guest must be paid to the local government, with a maximum of the first 7 consecutive nights. This amount will be transferred to the account of the owner of the villa at least 48 hours before check-in.

Guests who rent the villa for at least 28 consecutive days in the period November-April will receive a 30% discount on the full rental price!!

We do not accept groups in the house, only families with or without children and with or without friends.
