Retreat yourself! This lovely nature house is located in the mountains of Alcaria Fria. The house is 25 meters long, has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is fully equipped and has a new kitchen with dishwasher, oven and nespresso machine. You can relax in the beautiful swimming pool with a view, take a beautiful walk in the mountains or do yoga on the yoga platform with amazing views. Ideal to really relax or to work in a unique location (the wifi is good for zoom meeting etc). In the garden you can enjoy the silence and the view. There are 2 mountain bikes at your disposal and you can use the yoga mats. The house is detached with private garden and terrace. There is also a glamping tent on the site that is rented out, with the guests of the glamping tent you only share the swimming pool. Are you coming with a large group? Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A notification of this by telephone must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto the landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
