The property is all on one level and features a small private garden, a communal swimming pool and sea views. There is also a beautiful roof terrace with breathtaking views - perfect for enjoying your breakfast or an evening drink.

Located about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the lively fishing village of Carvoeiro, Clube Golfemar is the perfect base for your holiday in the beautiful Algarve.

Within a few minutes you will find local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches. In addition, the Vale do Milho golf course is within walking distance and there are three further 18-hole golf courses within a 10-minute drive.

I have been coming to Carvoeiro in the Algarve for over 40 years, renting out a number of houses here for many years, every guest as soon as they are in Carvoeiro is impressed by the climate, nature and friendly Portuguese.
We take care of our tenants completely, we know the nice places, the good restaurants, and the help with transport to and from Faro or Lisbon airport.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
