Villa Julia is a beautiful Algarvian style villa in one of the best areas of the Algarve, Vilamoura. The villa has capacity for 8 adults. The interior is painted and decorated with fresh and vibrant colors, giving the feeling of constant coziness as we discover every room and every corner. The sunny Algarve always invites you to swim, gladly offered by the private swimming pool of 10 m x 5 m that Villa Juliana has to offer. A large garden, dining area, barbecue and table football will make your stay even more enjoyable! There is a wide variety of sports and relaxation options within a short drive of the house when an indoor stay is not in the plans.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Groups are only allowed after consultation with the landlord.
Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always check with the team at Amarante Villas to make sure your desired dates are acceptable.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Air conditioning hot or cold
- Final cleaning
- Beds made on arrival
- Use of the internet
- 1 High chair and 1 baby cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Damage insurance: €70 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Booking fee: €35
- Tourist tax: € 140

Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: € 25 per week
- Extra high chair: € 25 per week
- Pool heating: € 300 per week

Guests who wish to use the pool heating must request this at least 1 week before arrival.
