This villa is situated in a perfect location, right on the sea and beach and within walking distance of the center of Praia da Luz in the Algarve. The view is breathtaking and from the terrace you can enjoy this perfect view for hours. In addition, you can step onto the small beach and take a wonderfully refreshing dip in the ocean. The village beach of Praia da Luz is located at 450 meters. A supermarket is located 300 meters away and restaurants and bars are located just 500 meters away.
The villa is equipped for 8 people, so perfect for a large family or 2 small families.

Upstairs: Bedroom with double bed (200 x 160) and small balcony. Bathroom with bath, shower in bath, sink and toilet.
Outside: terrace with wooden dining table and 8 chairs, 2 parasols, 4 sun chairs, Barbecue (Weber).

Explanation of prices

NB:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Single gender groups are allowed upon request only.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always contact the Amarante Villas team to ensure your desired dates are accepted.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Interim cleaning (towel change + minor cleaning) and final cleaning
- Beds made upon arrival
- Use of the internet
- 1 high chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Deposit: €50 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Reservation costs: €35

Can be booked optionally, on request:
- Extra cot: €25 per week
- Extra high chair: €25 per week
- Heating (mandatory from November 1 to March 30): €175

Please note: during the low season (November/December/January/February/March) the villa can be offered for €1235 per week for bookings of 4 weeks or longer. Please contact our team if you would like to make a reservation for 4 or more weeks. (Exception during the holidays: December 21 to January 3 is for the normal price)
