When you arrive and have parked the car, you can look all the way through the villa from the front of the villa and see the sea.

The villa has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. A dining area with a table for 22 people and a spacious living room with a fireplace. Kitchen with sea view. The terrace at the front of the villa has beautiful views and has comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy, while you have a view of the pool, so you can keep an eye on the children while playing in the pool.

There are also 3 apartments with private entrances and a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also a large gym with all kinds of equipment.
The private swimming pool can be heated by solar panels. There is also a wonderful outdoor jacuzzi.

The villa and apartments are air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible. (if you are a wheelchair user, please contact us first)

1 king bedroom with ensuite bathroom (pink room)
1 king bedroom and adjoining double room (Burgundy rooms) both with private ensuite bathrooms and outdoor seating area.
This can be a completely separate apartment and optionally has its own outside door.

Lower level:
All apartments have their own entrance.

Explanation of prices

NB:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Single gender groups are allowed upon request only.

Flexible arrival:
Although the villa has a flexible arrival day, we cannot leave too many empty days between bookings. Always contact the Amarante Villas team to ensure your desired dates are accepted.

Included in the rental price:
- Bed linen and towels (including pool towels)
- Water and electricity
- WiFi internet
- Swimming pool heating by means of solar panels
- Air conditioning
- Firewood if necessary
- Large welcome pack with food and drinks
- Cleaning of bathrooms twice a week and change of towels
- Final cleaning
- 1 high chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Deposit refundable: €1,000
- Reservation costs: €35

Optional to book, on request:
- Extra cot: €25 per week
- Extra high chair: €25 per week
- Extra cleaning on request: €15 per hour

Cancellation policy:
The tenant can cancel the rental agreement at any time or appoint a replacement tenant provided this is done in writing.
In the event of cancellation, the tenant owes Amarante the following:

Cancellation after conclusion of the rental agreement: 30% of the agreed rental amount;
Cancellation between 56 days and 42 days before departure: 50% of the agreed rental amount;
Cancellation between 42 days before departure and the departure date: 100% of the agreed rental amount.

Amarante reserves the right to make exceptions to this, but only in favor of the tenant. In addition, in the event of cancellation by the tenant, Amarante will make every effort to still rent out the accommodation in question. If this is successful, only limited costs (to be determined by Amarante) will be charged.
