Casa na Colina

Casa na Colina is situated in a quiet and not yet by mass tourism discovered area of the Algarve. It offers not only beautiful scenery and a great view but also plenty of privacy. It is quiet, yet not too far from many interesting sites and/or from shops and restaurants.

Casa na Colina consists of two independent houses adjacent to each other with a terrace over the length of both houses, a shared barbecue, swimming pool, driveway and garden. The main house is let for up to 4 people and the annex is included if let to 5 until 7 people. Because it has a communal terrace, it is only let to travelers belonging together, ensuring privacy and tranquility. Ideal for example three generations of two couples of friends with (small) children. Each house has its own kitchen and bathroom, so everyone can enjoy privacy if wished.

The main house can accommodate 2 to 4 people (including crib upto 5). The annexe has a second double bedroom and one single bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Both houses are equipped with plenty of outdoor space where you can enjoy the sun, nature and the views in complete privacy. Multiple paths accessing nature start directly behind the house. The swimming pool offers refreshment on hot summer days.

The house sits on half an hour drive from the beach and from Faro Airport and 5 minutes from the nearest shops. A large supermarket (Intermarché) is approximately 15 minutes drive.

Authentic Portuguese fishing towns like Tavira, Santa Luzia, Fuseta and Olhao are less than half an hour away, as is Faro with its beautiful old town and museums. The (lesser known) of the Algarve stands for unspoiled nature and beautiful scenery where hiking and nature lovers can indulge.
The coast offers a wide choice of several beaches, fishing villages, restaurants and shops.

The house stands on 2400 m2 of land in which to grow oranges, olives, almonds and pomegranates among others. In the right season, you can of course pick your own fruit!
