Beautiful holiday villa, located in the East Algarve, in Laranjeiro, approx. 3 km. from Moncarapacho.
The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning.
There are 2 bathrooms in this house.

You can go from your holiday home, via the terrace, down 1 step, into the swimming pool.....
Next to the swimming pool (saltwater) is a covered terrace with shade cloth 4x5 m.
Near the terrace you can use a gas barbecue.

The holiday home is surrounded by a garden with olive and almond trees and of course, the orange trees so typical of this region.

My husband Paul and I have owned this fantastic house in Laranjeiro since 2011.
Built in 2000, equipped with air conditioning, central heating. installation.
We are often in Laranjeiro ourselves during the year.
Rental is always in consultation.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices per week, 7 days,

In the months of November to March, the use of electricity is included and settled.
Price, including bed and bath linen and final cleaning.

deposit, euro 500.00 to be paid at reservation.

Arrival time at the house 16.00 hours, departure time 10.00 hours. No arrival or departure on Sundays.
After your departure, and check by our manager, the deposit will be refunded to your bank account, if no imperfections are found.

The route to the house will be sent to you in good time.
During your stay, maintenance and control at the pool is carried out by Portuguese pool man normally on Mondays, he takes care of good quality of the water, in extreme heat he comes more often.
Also gardener can be present, is Portuguese.

The manager on site is Dutch. The Dutch pool man comes 1x per week for maintenance of the pool. For car rental you can rent Marina approach. [email protected] In Olhão and Moncarapacho are several restaurants. In Moncarapacgo will find restaurant Colibri, Antonio and Ana, in the center are banks, bakeries and supermarkets. Every week there are markets in the surrounding areas.
