Two bedroom house in condo with pool

The house is independent and has two floors with a small garden and pool view from both the garden as well as the master bedroom upstairs.
The complex is located in a quiet residential area where we have private parking space inside the complex.
In the upper floor you have the master bedroom, with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and a balcony facing the pool, as well as the master bathroom.In the ground floor you have another fully air-conditioned bedroom, a bathroom and a fully -air conditioned open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area with two sofas and a smart TV. This floor gives access to the small garden, also with pool views, where you'll find a table and a sofa where you can relax or enjoy an outdoor meal. In the back of the house you can find the BBQ area.
The house is walking distance to a cafe, two restaurants and a small grocery store. A bigger supermarket, Pingo Doce, is a 3 minutes drive away from the complex, providing all you need for your holiday. For the more adventurous, Skydive Seven Algarve is a 1 minute drive away. You can also find the Alvor Bowls Club right next door.
The drive into the center of Alvor takes about 5 minutes and the beach is also roughly the same distance.

The house also has a fireplace and heaters throughout for the winter months. The house provides a comfortable holiday home for up to 4 people: a couple (or two), a small family or a small group of friends (no bookings accepted for groups larger than 4 people), allowing you to have the freedom to enjoy your holiday in the Algarve. However, with fast Wi-Fi and the possibility to set up a workstation, it is also the perfect place to enjoy the wonders of remote working.
