House in a condominium with direct access to 3 beaches a 5-minute walk from the village: Prainha (by elevator), Praia dos 3 Irmãos and Praia do Alvor. Suitable for families. Our Private Polling has a pool cover, so you can increase the water temperature by a few degrees. You can also ask us to heat the pool. We have a pool with a heat pump, but this one has an extra fee.

For non-standard stays, please contact us by message. For example, check-in on days other than Saturdays and less than 7 nights in summer

Upon request, we offer pool protection for children at €70 per week.
Upon request, we provide an extra bed for children (2< years<13) at €70 per week.
From October to April we can heat the pool to 28/29 degrees for €175 week. From May to July €150 per week, then €125 per week.
The travel cot is free of charge and also the baby feeding chair.

We provide free beach umbrella and beach towells for the family.
