Centrally located in the Algarve, between Porches and Armação de Pêra in the pleasant holiday village "Quinta das Areias" with only 1 floor apartments and a few villas.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and also has a private roof terrace with sea views on the second floor. You can enjoy breakfast on the south-facing sun terrace adjacent to the living room.

The apartment has a communal attractive swimming pool surrounded by a relaxing garden with adjacent children's pool and playground.

In the immediate vicinity you will find a supermarket and typical Portuguese restaurants, pizzeria and for culinary enthusiasts a two-star restaurant.

At 800 m distance are the various beautiful beaches of Senhora da Rocha, Alporchinhos and surroundings. A 10-minute drive away is the legendary beach "Praia da Marinha" with the Benagil caves further on. With boat trips and fishing boats you can also discover the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit € 300 to be paid together with balance no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

During the winter period, electricity must be paid extra at € 0.20 per kWh.

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent .
