Casa Montinho Novo has a spacious living room with fireplace, spacious sitting area and dining area. Television, DVD and CD player are available. The open kitchen is equipped with the following facilities: refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove with oven, microwave, kettle and espresso machine. The second floor has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is equipped with a toilet and a shower/bath. The other bedrooms use the second bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower/bath and has a jacuzzi. Two bedrooms have access to the roof terrace with two sunbeds and a dining table where you can have breakfast in the morning sun. The living room and bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning that also functions as heating in the winter.
Downstairs you have an outdoor deck terrace with tropical plants, dining table for 6 people, 2 sunbeds and a BBQ.
The condominium has a communal swimming pool with separate children's section.
