This quinta is comfortably furnished. The living room has a nice spacious sofa and two chairs, as well as a fireplace (on wood). The living room is connected to the spacious semi-open kitchen in L-shape. Here you will find 4 hot plates (ceramic) with oven, microwave, large American fridge, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, sandwich maker, toaster, mixer, blender, juicer and kettle and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a dining table with 6 chairs.
The quinta has 3 bedrooms with comfortable 2-pers. box spring beds. Each bedroom has air conditioning. There are 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en suite. On the first floor a spacious bedroom and third bathroom with toilet and shower.
Outdoor living
From the living room you can step through the patio doors onto the veranda with a dining table for 8 people and a lounge set. There is an outdoor kitchen with a coal barbecue and a mini green egg.
The swimming pool is located slightly lower in the garden and is accessible via a number of steps. The swimming pool (with chlorine) has a size of 9 x 4.5 meters. Around several terraces, an outdoor shower, comfortable luxury sun beds and umbrellas.
