Rural recently renovated quinta in the hills of Picota/Loulé. Picota is located between the towns of Loulé and Boliqueime. The house was modernized in 2018 and has an enclosed garden and private swimming pool. The quinta has a rural luxury interior and a lot of attention has been paid to the outdoor furniture. In 2022 and 2025, all bathrooms, floors and kitchen were renovated!
The quinta is tastefully decorated. The living room has a comfortable sofa and two chairs, as well as a fireplace (on wood) The living room is connected to the spacious semi-new open kitchen with island. Here you will find 4 hobs (ceramic) with oven, microwave, large American fridge, wine cooler/fridge, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, sandwich maker, toaster, mixer, blender, juicer and kettle and dishwasher. There is also a dining table in the kitchen.
The quinta has 3 bedrooms with comfortable 2-pers. box spring beds. Each bedroom has air conditioning. There are 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en suite. On the first floor a spacious bedroom and third bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
From the living room you step through the patio doors onto the veranda with dining table for 8 people and a large lounge set. There is an authentic outdoor kitchen with barbecue on coals and a mini green egg.
The swimming pool is located a little lower in the garden and is accessible via a number of steps. The swimming pool (with chlorine) has a size of 9 x 4.5 meters. Around several terraces, an outdoor shower, comfortable luxury sunbeds and umbrellas.

The quietly located quinta is very central. Faro Airport is around 25 km away, Vilamoura is around 10 km away. In this part of Portugal you will not find large billboards, noisy discos and bars. Everything here exudes tranquility. Due to its location, a rental car is necessary. Groups and young people are not rented out because of the quiet location.
