Casa Solarenga is centrally located in the Algarve, just a 5-minute drive from the charming town of Loulé (lots of nice eateries!) and a 20-minute drive from Faro airport. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this house can accommodate 6 people. The house has an attractive spacious living room (with fireplace for the winter months and air conditioning for the summer months), various seating areas, large swimming pool and a lush garden. The swimming pool has been a saltwater pool since September 2023. The location is unobstructed, at the end of a dead-end road with beautiful views of Loulé, the hills and part of the coast. The house is equipped with solar panels for part of the electricity and a large solar panel for hot water. (posted in 2023). Beaches are a 20/25 minute drive away.
Ground floor :
Entrance to the kitchen with patio doors to terrace with sitting/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, spacious refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, Nespresso milk frother and a food processor.
From the kitchen you enter the spacious, attractive living room with a sitting area by the fireplace and a dining area with a round wooden table. From the living room three doors open to the covered patio terrace that overlooks the swimming pool. Air conditioning available.
Spacious bedroom (17 m2) with en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower and toilet). Double bed (consisting of 2 single beds of 90 x 200). Air conditioning available.
Small bedroom (8m2) with two single beds of 90 x 200. Private bathroom across the hall (1 meter apart) with walk-in shower and toilet. Fan available.
First floor:
Very spacious bedroom (24 m2) with en-suite bathroom (separate shower and bath and separate toilet room). French doors to a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and the valley. Air conditioning available.
Outdoor area:
Large swimming pool (9 x 4.5 meters) with wide steps into the water to the shallow end that leads to a deeper part (2.20 meters). Swimming pool mosaic completely renovated in 2023. Parking within the (lockable) gate. Patio terrace under bougainvillea with dining table for 6 people. Covered terrace at the front of the house with a view of the swimming pool and the valley. On the side of the house there are seating areas where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun in the morning.
Other:
Washing machine, drying rack, Wi-Fi, Bose SoundTouch wireless speaker, iron and ironing board, sun loungers by the pool and an outdoor barbecue.
Additional information for families with children:
– There is a baby cot with mattress and duvet. (folding camping bed)
– In the living room there is a large old chest with games and children's books.
– The entire site is enclosed with a fence.
– The swimming pool has wide steps so that children can easily enter the pool.
– There is no fence around the pool, so always pay close attention with children.
– Downstairs in the garden there is a separate seating area with barbecue where older children can isolate themselves from their parents 🙂
