Building 1:
Upon entering the villa you will find a bright living room on the left,
furnished with comfortable sofas. Adjacent is a
fully equipped kitchen with a dining table with six chairs and all
amenities you may need, including a dishwasher, oven,
microwave, coffee maker and toaster. On the right
there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Immediately before
There is the main bathroom, which has both a bath and a shower.
The left bedroom has its own en-suite shower room
and toilet.

Building 2:
Among the secondary amenities of the villa are another entrance leading to a living room with cozy sofas on the right, a dining area with five
chairs and an open kitchen. On this side there is a bedroom
with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and
toilet. Next to the living room you will discover a second bedroom, also with a
double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The
Common room is perfect for meetings and offers a
table for 10 people, a barbecue, a swimming pool and six sun loungers,
so that you can enjoy a wonderful afternoon with the whole family.

Outside:
Private swimming pool (heated with solar panels) with sun loungers and parasols
with a view over the vineyards. Outdoor shower. Outdoor furniture to
alfresco dining.
