The living room has air conditioning, infrared heating and a TV with a chrome cast. So just follow your own TV channels! The lovely lounge sofa can also be used as a sofa bed

The dining area is small but nice! In spring, summer and autumn you will not be here much! The table can be pulled out, so even if you have guests you can eat delicious food here!
The bathroom was completely renovated in 2024. Of course with a walk-in shower with rain shower. The bathroom has an infrared heater. In the summer it is not much use but in the winter it is very comfortable! The laundry furniture has a hair dryer and plenty of storage space!
Wake up in the morning and enjoy the great view from the balcony! Incidentally, the bed was completely renovated in 2025. There is now a box spring of 180 x 200. Sleep tight!

The spacious roof terrace has been completely renovated. You will find a nice lounge set, sunbeds and a lovely dining table. Of course there is a nice sun cloth for the desired shade

Enjoy the 18 x 5 meter swimming pool. There is also a children's pool and a shower building with toilet. And because it is a private swimming pool, it is never busy! Of course there are sunbeds to lie in the sun.
Make use of the wonderful and beautifully landscaped swimming pool. There is a toilet block and more than enough sunbeds available for free!
Our apartment is located against the green hill (Colina Verde) with a beautiful view over Carvoeiro. Just down the hill and you are right in the bustling center with all the terraces and restaurants. And also the beach is very close!

Verandah: If you ask me what is the most beautiful thing about this villa/house. To be honest, this typical Portuguese Veranda. Have you had enough sun? Sit in the shade on the new covered terrace, the table and chairs are new, and you pick your own fruit from the garden and look at the beautiful MONCHIQUE.

Villa Concha has a beautiful courtyard for when it is a little colder. The courtyard at the front of the road. no wind, lots of privacy, and you can get out of the sun if you want in the morning or evening. you can have a delicious breakfast here with 6 to 8 people. Cushions are in the utility room. Wonderful place.
TOTALLY NEW living room. And open new kitchen. Just had everything imported from the Netherlands. Space for 8 people to sit or chill, TV. Boxes, fireplace, air conditioning, heating, completely new open kitchen. Wonderful to relax indoors and enjoy delicious cooking. There is also an outdoor kitchen with BBQ.

Who doesn't want to go to this beach? is between Alvor and Praia Do Vau./Praia do Rocha. 10 minutes from villa Concha. Are you coming as well. Won't regret this.
BEAUTIFUL PORTUGAL. This is very close but you do have to know. So I'm going to explain it now. You go to Alvor and in addition Prainha. Superbly located. this beautiful large beach is called Playa da Rocha. Is easy to come by car. Also delicious food and not expensive. And the evenings are great for young and old. only 20 minutes from the Villa Vandaan. also behind the harbor, is also a luxury club for young and old.
If you want to go to the beach, go to Alvor or Lagos. This is a 10 and 15 minute drive from our house in Monte Canellos. Both positions are really beautiful, and not too far away. There are also beautiful beach tents for a snack and drink.

ALVOR. The beautiful nice fishing village of ALVOR. 15 minutes by car from here. Remains typically Portuguese at the harbor but full of life in the brewery. Also in this Corona time.
This is the town of Praia da Rocha. And is about a 20 minute drive. But then you do have something. Beautiful and it's like IBIZA here. The beds are a bit more expensive. From 10 euros. Free entry for drinks or food. This is called NOS SOL ÁGUA
