Purple Rain

The Moroccan-style villa is located in a residential area on a large private property. The villa can accommodate 14-16 people. There are seven (double) bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Four bedrooms are on the ground floor and three bedrooms on the 1st floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.

In the adjacent apartment (to be booked separately at an additional cost) there is one (double) bedroom, shower, kitchen, toilet and sitting/bedroom with air conditioning.

There is a very spacious living room with two sitting areas, a separate dining room and a large kitchen (with hob, oven, microwave, two fridges with spacious freezer compartments, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). Finally, there is a guest toilet, a utility room and a laundry room.
The villa is equipped with underfloor heating (extra charge) and a ventilation system. All doors and windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

In the basement is a cinema and a pool table. On the terrace in front of the basement there is an outdoor table tennis table.

Also present in the villa: satellite TV, free wifi (bring your own laptop), CD player, DVD player, high chair, cot.

The private swimming pool measures 14 x 5m and has a separate children's area. The pool is heated (extra charge). The swimming pool is surrounded by spacious terraces, including two large professional parasols, comfortable sunbeds, a dining table with chairs, a sitting area, a barbecue and a patio fireplace.

The dining room has folding doors, so that you are covered, but actually sit outside. Against the house by the pool is a very spacious pergola with chairs, so that you can sit and drink there very pleasantly. You don't have to sit anywhere in the sun without protection if you don't want to. The master bedroom downstairs (upstairs is a second one) has patio doors to the terrace and swimming pool. The tennis court and swimming pool are right next to the house, so you have a view of everything. In the garden there are many palm, olive and lemon trees. In short, you will not be short of anything at this villa and you will get a maximum luxury holiday feeling.

In the spacious garden (5000 m2) with many beautiful trees and flowering plants is a private tennis court (bring your own rackets and balls).

Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Bed linen and towels are changed twice a week (including arrival day). Maid service twice a week (including arrival day).

The nearest shops and restaurants can be reached within 5 minutes by car. The nearest beach is Praia Centianes is at 800 m. Three golf courses within 10 minutes by car. Faro Airport approx. 45 minutes by car.
