Our apartment is located within a condominium in Vale de Parra. It is a closed park that only residents and/or holidaymakers can use.
Upon entering our apartment you enter a spacious hall, on the left is a complete kitchen with all conveniences (such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, combi microwave, fridge - freezer combination and cooker). The kitchen overlooks the pool at the front of the apartment.
There are two bedrooms, one of which has two separate single box springs and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a double box spring and a spacious built-in wardrobe. In both bedrooms there is a mobile heater for the colder days or evenings. There are two bathrooms, one spacious bathroom with shower/bath, sink, toilet and bidet. There is one small 'guest' bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
The apartment has a spacious living / dining room, which is equipped with a dining area, a sitting area with a TV. There is WiFi, but we do not have a TV subscription. You can watch TV by connecting the phone or downloading an app on the TV. If you do not have these resources, please let us know and we will find a solution.
For the hot days, there are lamps in all rooms in the apartment with a fan. The apartment has a private terrace with a lounge, overlooking the playground. The terrace leads to a communal garden with a playground, swimming pool and a barbecue area at the rear of the park.
The swimming pool is currently being renovated, we hope that the swimming pool can be used again from mid-April. Free parking is available next to the park. A number of restaurants and the Aldi are within walking distance. The apartment is very quiet and centrally located. Do you want to look up the crowds? Within 7 minutes you are at Albufeira or in Armação de Pêra.
Due to its central location, there are many renowned beaches and hiking areas nearby. A few minutes drive or a fifteen minute walk will take you to the beach, Praia Galé. At Lagoa Dos Salgados you can spot 12 species of birds, but bring your binoculars!
