Casa Serena is located on a quiet, gated condominium in Vale de Parra. An enclosed park accessible only to residents and holidaymakers, with a large communal garden, a swimming pool and a playground. You can look out on it from your own terrace. Coffee in the sun in the morning, a swim in the afternoon, back from the beach in the evening as if you came home.
You enter a spacious hall. To the left you will find the fully fitted kitchen, overlooking the pool at the front. Everything is ready to cook for yourself and keep your own rhythm: oven, stove, combi microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
The apartment has two bedrooms, both with a spacious built-in wardrobe and a heater for the cooler evenings. One bedroom has a comfortable double box-spring bed, the other two separate single box-spring beds. This way you can sleep comfortably with four people, whether you come with family or friends.
There are two bathrooms. The spacious bathroom has a shower-bath combination, sink, toilet and bidet. In addition, there is a second, smaller guest bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. With four people, no one has to wait for each other.
The living and dining room is spacious and bright, with a dining area and a comfortable sitting area with television. There is free wifi throughout the apartment, fast enough for video calling or a day of working. On the TV, you can easily watch your own series and movies by connecting your phone or installing an app. If you can't figure it out, we are happy to think along with you.
Ceiling lamps with fans hang in all rooms, so that it remains pleasant in the house even on the hottest days.
Outside you have your own terrace with a lounge area and a view of the playground. The terrace is adjacent to the communal garden, where the swimming pool is also located, so you can keep a close eye on the children while you sit quietly. At the back of the park is a communal barbecue area. For families with small children, a travel cot, high chair and changing mat are available, so you don't have to bring them with you.
You can park for free next to the park. Within walking distance you will find several restaurants and an Aldi supermarket. Casa Serena is quiet and very central: if you want to look for liveliness, you can be in Albufeira or Armação de Pêra within about seven minutes. The bus stop is within walking distance and Uber operates throughout the region. Faro Airport can be reached in about forty minutes.
Thanks to its central location, you have several well-known beaches and beautiful hiking areas nearby. Praia da Galé is a few minutes' drive away or about a fifteen minute walk. If you are a nature lover, go to Lagoa dos Salgados: on a good morning you can spot twelve different bird species there. Bring binoculars, that makes all the difference. From Casa Serena you can reach both the west and east sides of the Algarve within an hour, so you can do something different every day.
Good to know: the apartment is suitable for up to four people, bed linen and towels are ready, you park for free next to the park and the wifi is included. Check-in is from 16:00, check-out until 10:00.
