The apartment of Casa Serena is located in a quiet and gated condominium in Vale de Parra. This is a fenced park that is exclusively accessible to residents and holidaymakers, providing a safe and relaxing atmosphere.
Upon entering you enter a spacious hall. On the left is the fully equipped kitchen, which is equipped with all the comforts for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove and a fridge-freezer. From the kitchen you overlook the swimming pool at the front of the apartment.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with two separate single box-spring beds and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a comfortable double box-spring bed and also a spacious built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a mobile heater for the cooler days or evenings.
There are two bathrooms. The spacious bathroom has a shower/bath combination, sink, toilet and bidet. In addition, there is a second, smaller guest bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. This makes the apartment very suitable for families or a stay with several people.
The spacious living and dining room is furnished with a dining area and a comfortable sitting area with television. Wi-Fi is available. The apartment does not have a fixed TV subscription, but by connecting a phone or downloading an app on the TV, you can easily watch television. If you do not have this, we will be happy to think along with you for a suitable solution.
For hot days, ceiling lights with fans are available in all rooms, which ensures a pleasant temperature throughout the apartment.
Outside, Casa Serena has a private terrace with a lounge seating area and a view of the playground. The terrace is adjacent to the communal garden, where the playground and swimming pool are also located. At the rear of the park is a communal barbecue area.
The pool is currently being renovated. We expect that this can be used again from mid-April.
Free parking is available next to the park. Within walking distance you will find several restaurants and an Aldi supermarket. The apartment is quietly located and at the same time very central. If you want to look for liveliness, you can reach Albufeira or Armação de Pêra within about 7 minutes by car.
Thanks to its central location, there are several renowned beaches and beautiful hiking areas in the immediate vicinity. Praia da Galé beach is a few minutes' drive away or about a fifteen-minute walk away. Nature lovers can go to Lagoa dos Salgados, where with a bit of luck you can spot no less than twelve different bird species — binoculars are definitely recommended.
