The living room has air conditioning, infrared heating and a TV with a chrome cast. So just follow your own TV channels! The lovely lounge sofa can also be used as a sofa bed

The dining area is small but nice! In spring, summer and autumn you will not be here much! The table can be pulled out, so even if you have guests you can eat delicious food here!
The bathroom was completely renovated in 2024. Of course with a walk-in shower with rain shower. The bathroom has an infrared heater. In the summer it is not much use but in the winter it is very comfortable! The laundry furniture has a hair dryer and plenty of storage space!
Wake up in the morning and enjoy the great view from the balcony! Incidentally, the bed was completely renovated in 2025. There is now a box spring of 180 x 200. Sleep tight!
The bedroom is spacious and has a spacious sliding wardrobe
The bedroom has recently renewed air conditioning! There is also a TV with HDMI connection.
The kitchen has all conveniences: oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine!
A handy extra kitchen unit provides even more storage and work space. For example, we can give toaster, table grill, airfryer, coffee machine, hand blender, orange press, etc. their own place!

How private and exclusive do you want it? Enjoy the sun. Did we mention that BBQ's are also delicious here?
The spacious roof terrace has been completely renovated. You will find a nice lounge set, sunbeds and a lovely dining table. Of course there is a nice sun cloth for the desired shade

Enjoy the 18 x 5 meter swimming pool. There is also a children's pool and a shower building with toilet. And because it is a private swimming pool, it is never busy! Of course there are sunbeds to lie in the sun.
Make use of the wonderful and beautifully landscaped swimming pool. There is a toilet block and more than enough sunbeds available for free!
Our apartment is located against the green hill (Colina Verde) with a beautiful view over Carvoeiro. Just down the hill and you are right in the bustling center with all the terraces and restaurants. And also the beach is very close!

The second bedroom with brand new wonderful beds. The air conditioning shown has since been replaced by a new air conditioning / heating / dehumidification unit.

Recently placed a glass partition on the bath to prevent splashing on bathroom furniture.

Nice sunbeds and also the possibility to sit in the shade under the tarp.
Enjoying the sun on the terrace, who wouldn't want that? You can always find somewhere in the sun or in the shade.
Beautifully landscaped gardens
Wonderful swimming for children. The baby bath is visible directly behind it. Further behind it is the large people's swimming pool lower down.
Praia da Falésia, with its beautiful 'red' rocks. Walk for hours on the beach or over the cliffs. You can go up or down in many places via stairs. It's up to you.
Jardins da Falesia. Ample parking is available both to the left and right of the complex.
Various nice beach bars and eateries along the entire coastline. And nowadays a surf school that gives lessons in summer and winter.
Hiking or cycling over the cliffs, adventurous, because there is so much to discover with beautiful flowering shrubs and plants with exciting paths, both easy and challenging.

Ceramic hob with oven for delicious dishes. There is a sturdy frying pan for the chefs available.
Kitchen with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, hob, oven, boiler, Smeg coffee maker and kettle (not in picture), toaster, orange squeezer, curtains, LED lamp, in short, fully equipped so that we can do everything ourselves and so can our guests.
Large sun terrace where you can find a sunny or shady spot all day long. For this there is a shade cloth, there are various seating areas, 4 comfortable sunbeds and above all plenty of space
