Stays between 01/01 to 14/06 and 16/09 to 31/12;
- the initial deposit to confirm the reservation is 25‰ of the total amount to be made within 48 hours after your reservation request:
- the final payment of the reservation must be made at check-in or up to 7 days before arrival (you must inform us if you do): 

Stays between 15/06 to 15/09 ;
- if the reservation is more than 60 days before the arrival date: the initial deposit must be 25‰ of the total amount of the reservation to be made within 48 hours after your reservation request:
- the final payment of the reservation must be made up to 60 days before arrival (you must inform us if you do):-
- if the reservation is less than 60 days before the arrival date: the initial deposit must be 100‰ of the total amount of the reservation to be made within 48 hours after your reservation request: 

The tourist tax is paid directly to the city hall. We will provide you with the link to proceed with this payment after your reservation is completed. For stays from 01/05 to 31/10, the tax is charged for a maximum of 7 nights, even if your stay is longer. The fee is 2 euros per person per day for individuals over 12 years old.
