Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
Cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
Cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the renter informs the host on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that they will not be using the property (or will no longer be using it), the renter will still be liable for the full rental price.
