On the ground floor: Spacious hall. The front sitting room which opens onto the covered terrace overlooking the pool. It has a fireplace, a smart TV with Sky channels and a DVD player.
The kitchen is located on the left side of the hallway and is fully equipped with appliances such as a toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, electric hobs, oven, microwave, American fridge freezer and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. On the same property as the kitchen there is a dining area with a table for 6 people, an open and a covered terrace. The downstairs bedroom area is located on the right side of the hallway.
There are 2 steps and a double bedroom to the left. It has a dressing area and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The bedroom provides access to the garden. There is another bedroom with a double bed and a small TV. Just off the bedroom there is a bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor:
The stairs lead to the first floor. In the hallway to the bedrooms there is a sitting area with TV and DVD player.
The spacious bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. There is a large terrace overlooking the pool with a table and 4 chairs. Two steps up to the fourth bedroom, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath. There is a small terrace overlooking the pool with a small table and 2 chairs.

Outside:
There is a covered terrace with a sofa for the living room and a dining table for 8 people.
Two steps take you to the rectangular shaped swimming pool of about 5x9 meters. The shallowest area has 1.6 m and the deepest area has a depth of 2 m. The pool can be heated on request and for an additional fee. There are sun loungers by the pool. To the left there is a gas barbecue with a pergola. At the entrance of the property, an electric gate opens to the driveway with plenty of parking.

Other information:
The villa has air conditioning and central heating for the cooler days.
Towels and bed linen are changed every 7 days.
