Located on top of the cliff at Vale da Lapa. Vale da Lapa is located between the picturesque and charming villages of Carvoeiro & Ferragudo. The villa offers great views over the ocean, outdoor jacuzzi and a private heated pool. The beach is located just 1 km from the villa. Just some facilities that make this villa the perfect choice for a wonderful holiday in the Algarve.

(3 bedrooms with large double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds)

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and freezer. Laundry room, living room and dining room with 8 chairs. 2 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and a separate guest toilet.
First floor: Lovely sun terrace with fantastic views over the ocean. Equipped with lounge furniture. 2 bedrooms, small kitchen and a bathroom.
Outside: Private swimming pool which can also be heated on request and at an additional cost. The swimming pool has a Roman staircase. Jacuzzi with jets. Terrace with outdoor furniture for outdoor dining. Built-in barbecue. Garden with beautiful palm trees and flowers.

Explanation of prices

NB:
- Groups of young people are not allowed.
- Single gender groups are allowed upon request only.

The rental price includes:
- Towels and bed linen
- Pool towels
- Swimming pool heating (except July / August)
- Air conditioning
- Underfloor heating
- Use of jacuzzi
- Use of gas, water and electricity
- Two interim cleanings (towel change + minor cleaning)
- Final cleaning
- Beds made upon arrival
- Use of the internet
- 1 high chair and 1 cot (on request)

The rental price does not include (mandatory extras):
- Deposit: €70 per week, non-refundable (damage covered up to €1,500 per booking).
- Reservation costs: €35

Can be booked optionally, on request:
- Extra cot: €25 per week
- Extra high chair: €25 per week
- Pool heating in July / August: € 225 per week

Cancellation policy:
The tenant can cancel the rental agreement at any time or appoint a replacement tenant provided this is done in writing.
In the event of cancellation, the tenant owes Amarante the following:

Cancellation after conclusion of the rental agreement: 30% of the agreed rental amount;
Cancellation between 56 days and 42 days before departure: 50% of the agreed rental amount;
Cancellation between 42 days before departure and the departure date: 100% of the agreed rental amount.

Amarante reserves the right to make exceptions to this, but only in favor of the tenant. In addition, in the event of cancellation by the tenant, Amarante will make every effort to still rent out the accommodation in question. If this is successful, only limited costs (to be determined by Amarante) will be charged.
