Large 6 bedroom villa in Carvoeiro, just 3 km from Carvoeiro center and 2 km from the beach.
Casa dos Ursos is a modern and spacious villa with 6 bedrooms which are equipped with air conditioning. The villa has a large (12m by 6m) heated swimming pool. The villa is located on the east side of Carvoeiro and Carvoeiro is only a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away. There is also a cafe within a 7 minute walk and a supermarket within 15 minutes. Casa dos Ursos is located on a large plot that is fully fenced and with ample parking for at least 4 cars.

Inside: There is a very spacious lounge with ample seating, a large flat screen TV with English and German channels, DVD and Wi-Fi internet. Patio doors from the lounge lead you outside where you can find a shaded seating area, the lawn and the swimming pool. To the left of the living room there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. From the dining area there are patio doors leading to the lawn and pool terrace. Just off the living room is also a king-size bedroom with en suite shower room.
There is also a double bedroom with patio doors leading to a shaded terrace and with an en suite shower room and also a door leading to a separate bedroom, ideal if you have children who want to sleep close to you.
On the first floor there is a spacious, airy bedroom with patio doors leading to a terrace and views over the pool, garden and countryside. The bedroom has its own large bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Just at the entrance of the villa is a separate apartment with a sleeping area. This has wider door frames and is suitable for people with mobility problems. Here you will find a spacious double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. There is a door leading to a separate bedroom with an en suite shower room.
There is enough space in all bedrooms for cots and a total of 3 additional z-beds (if required). Baby cots are free, as are high chairs. Additional costs will be charged for the z-beds.

The villa is furnished to a high standard with air conditioning, hairdryer and safe available in all bedrooms. The owners would like to help you relax and have set up an extra large chill-out area outside for this purpose. Here you can relax as much as possible while the children play in the pool. In addition, this area has a barbecue, stone table and chairs and a table tennis table.

Casa dos Ursos has a large swimming pool of 12m x 6m which can be heated via solar energy. The villa also has a Roman staircase in the swimming pool.
