Villa Nova Chanteria is a fantastic 7 bedroom villa on a large plot, with all 7 bedrooms and bathrooms in the main residence. This is an ideal child-friendly villa for families or friends holidaying together.Villa Chanteria is just a 15-minute walk from the beach and restaurants. Situated between the picturesque fishing village of Benagil, with beautiful beach and restaurants and the popular holiday resort of Carvoeiro with numerous shops, bars, restaurants and beaches.

The villa has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, lounge and a fully equipped kitchen in the main residence and a bathroom with shower and a lounge in the garden near the terrace and pool. You can relax on one of the terraces around the barbecue/bar area with lounge set. The terrace has a view of the subtropical garden and the 12x6m swimming pool. Next to the pool there is a beautiful lawn for children to play on and there is a safety fence around the pool for extra safety. The villa is well equipped for children, including a football goal, table tennis table, volleyball and badminton rackets.
Around the large, stone fireplace, there is the sitting area which turns into the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with American fridge freezer.
There are six bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The master bedroom on the first floor has a king size bed and panoramic views of the coast. The master suite has a bath and shower. In this bedroom there is also a kitchenette. Downstairs there are 4 double bedrooms and 2 with twin beds (can be pushed together or apart). The rooms are very spacious and have their own bathroom/shower.

This beautiful villa is just a few minutes walk from two secluded beaches and local restaurants, but also only a five minute drive to the center of Carvoeiro town, supermarkets, water parks and golf, tennis and sports facilities.
