This luxurious and very modern villa is located in the popular town of Carvoeiro, just outside the busy center and the beach is within walking distance. Villa Amarante has three different living areas with some partially covered terraces.
On the first floor you enter the house and find the first bedroom with en suite bathroom and a large roof terrace overlooking the pool.
On the ground floor you can find a beautifully decorated living room, fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. From this floor you can jump into the beautifully lit and heated swimming pool. You can relax and enjoy the sun on one of the sunbeds, on the lounge terrace and even on the roof terrace.
The children have their own space downstairs in the villa, with a bedroom with two large bunk beds (also suitable for adults), bathroom and a games room with, among other things, a football table and game consoles connected to a large TV. From this room you can easily reach the child-friendly courtyard.
The center of Carvoeiro is within walking distance. You can practice several types of water sports here and there is also plenty to do for the golfers among us. You are very close to several beautiful golf courses, such as: Vale de Milho and Pestana Gramacho.
Basement : Game room, Bedroom 1 has twin bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom and a garage.
Ground floor : Kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, iron, dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast/lunch bar. Living/dining room with TV, air conditioning, sliding doors and a breathtaking view over the landscaped swimming pool and Carvoeiro. Bedroom 2 and 3 have a king-size bed, both with an en suite bathroom (bath, shower and toilet), air conditioning, TV and sliding doors to the heated private swimming pool.
First floor : Bedroom 4 with king size bed, en suite bathroom, air-conditioning, shower, toilet, access to a large roof terrace and spectacular views.
