Vila Pato Feliz

Vila Pato Feliz is located in a quiet lane on the edge of the beautiful park Quinta do Paraiso and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. By means of high hedges, the villa is largely hidden from view and therefore offers optimal privacy. Our villa is semi-detached and is also separated from the adjacent villa by a high hedge. You get access to the cozy garden through a carport, giving the car a shady spot during the hot summer months.

Through the garden and the front terrace you enter the tasteful house, each room of which is decorated in color. There is a spacious living room with fireplace and air conditioning and a sliding door that provides access to the large partially covered front terrace with a cozy seating area with several  chairs and a fixed barbecue. The lush bloom of the large bougainvillea gives the villa a cheerful and luxurious appearance. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning and a private bathroom in each room.

The external staircase leads to a large roof terrace from where you have a beautiful view of the sea over the lush greenery of the other gardens.
Next to the house is the swimming pool (fairly new), with not the annoying chlorine but wonderfully soft salt water.

Around the pool there are sun beds set up with of course various umbrellas and a few side tables. In the corner by the pool is an extra large barbecue made of stainless steel and opposite it is a large, typical Portuguese stone dining table with the top of the well-known blue/white Portuguese tiles, as well as the accompanying long bench. There are also a number of extra chairs. A wonderful place to barbecue with the whole family.

At the end of the pool there is a nice seating area where you can relax with a newspaper and a cup of coffee, especially in the morning during the rising sun.
There is also a storage bench in which the pool equipment for the children is stored. Behind the villa is another landscaped garden. All in all, it is a villa that, partly due to its location, is ideally suited for a stay with children. The communal swimming pools of the beautiful park Quinta do Paraiso (2 of which are heated) and the other attractions of the park are just a stone's throw from the villa, you only have to walk down our lane. All these facilities can be used free of charge. The center of the village and associated beach is within walking distance of the villa (10 min.)
In the immediate vicinity are many beautiful beaches, both large sandy beaches and intimate beaches wedged between the rocks.
