Welcome to Casa Perria 

Casa Perria is a semi-detached 6 person, ground floor apartment, on the ground floor of 120m2 in the beautiful and centrally located resort Club Golfemar in Carvoeiro.

The house has 3 double bedrooms, 2 with double box spring beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single box spring beds. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and the central bathroom is equipped with bath, shower toilet and bidet.
In the fully equipped kitchen you have an electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave at your disposal. A dryer is also available in the early and late season.
On the two flat screens,  1 in the living room and 1 in the master bedroom, you can follow your TV programs that you don't want to miss via Chromecast and your own app of your profider. 
For each guest, both large and small towels for after showering and a bath towel for the beach or pool are ready.
On the partially covered terrace you can enjoy breakfast and enjoy the sun on the 6 wonderfully comfortable sunbeds. For possible shade, a movable large parasol is available.

In the spring of 2022, the entire interior was renewed. The boiler for hot water, sofas table and chairs, 1st quality box spring beds with mattresses and toppers, the entire linen, towels and bath towels and the outdoor furniture with sunbeds have been replaced. In addition, the entire apartment has been repainted so that it is completely new and fresh for the new season. 

Casa Perria is located just a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 6-minute drive from the center of Carvoeiro.
You have access to the communal areas including the large completely renovated luxury swimming pool with a separate children's pool and the restaurant located in the middle of the park.
Both the apartment and the surrounding area are very child-friendly.
There is a cot in the house.
All rooms have air conditioning.
Wifi is of course available.

Location.
Casa Perria is located on the edge of the park and accessible without stairs or other climbs with your parking space less than 20 meters away. 
The very well maintained park is laid out of terraces and has a very open character.  As a result, from the room, the bedroom and the terrace, you have a beautiful view over the park to the sea with sun all day long. In the evening you can enjoy the impressive sunset over the sea. 
In the distance, the town of Lagos can even be seen.  
The swimming pools and the beautiful restaurant "Lighthouse" with bar, extensive terrace with lounge seats are located in the center of the park. The use of the swimming pool is seasonal from April to mid-November.  

General.
Carvoeiro is known for its beautiful unique rocky coast with beaches and caves. The village has many restaurants, terraces, shops and there is entertainment every evening during the summer on the main square by the sea.
From Casa Perria you can make fantastic walks over the rocks to Carvoeiro or Benagil.
In the area there are many beautiful beaches between the rocks that are easily accessible. These can be reached both on foot and by car. From the beach in nearby Benigil the boats leave for the beautiful visits to the many caves.

Groceries.
A few minutes' walk away, you will find a small supermarket in Rocha-Brava where you can already do your shopping.
The large Intermache and Aldi are only a 5-minute drive  towards Lagoa.  

Smoke.
This is a non-smoking accommodation. Not suitable for noisy party people and booze organs. 

Accessibility.
Club Golfemar is 61 km from Faro airport and is a 48-minute drive via the A22.  The park has an open character and is easily accessible. 

Hibernate.
The apartment is ideal for winter visitors, because there is a wood-burning fireplace. The air conditioners can also be set to heat. The consumption is paid afterwards after consumption. 

Costs extras and bookings.

Deposit upon booking 25% of the rental price with a minimum of 250 euros. 
Balance payment of the rental price no later than  30 days before booking-arrival.
Costs for cancellations up to 4 weeks of arrival at the latest, the deposit of your booking. After that, your booking is final and the total amount is due. 
As an extra you can choose an extra cleaning or an extra cleaning with a change of towels and linen. 

Tax 
As of April 13, 2024, tourist tax is mandatory for tourists in the Algarve. This applies to people aged 13 and over for a maximum of 7 days of 2 euros per day. Due to Portuguese law, we are not allowed to deviate from this and we must inform our guests of this.  
The tourist tax will be deducted from the deposit and paid by us.
