This lovely holiday home is located on the well-known golf resort of Santo Antonio Villas Golfe & Spa, a 5-minute drive from Salema beach and a 15-minute drive from Lagos.

The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a balcony and large roof terrace located on the south. The house is also fully equipped such as a washing machine, dishwasher and a well-equipped kitchen. Within 100 meters walking distance of the house is a large communal swimming pool and a spa and fitness center. Of course, you can also take advantage of discounted green fees at the golf resort.

My name is Eva and the owner of this nice, quiet house on a beautiful golf resort in southern Portugal in the Algarve. Portugal is like coming home to us and we regularly go this way. Enjoy the beach, swimming pool or a nice walk through nature! And all within walking distance or within a 5-minute drive!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
