Villa Lotus is a beautiful villa with beautiful sea views, located in Colares, within walking distance of the beach. The house can accommodate 9 people and meets the necessary requirements to offer an exceptional holiday. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining room with beautiful sea views and pool access, and 4 bedrooms. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.

On the outside we find a private swimming pool, an outdoor dining area, a lounge area with outdoor fireplace, and a private parking space. The breathtaking sunsets are a true invitation to an unforgettable holiday. In the area there are many attractions, such as the beautiful and seductive Sintra, Cabo da Roca as the westernmost point of Europe is also worth a visit, or the tourist Cascais.

Bedroom with 1 drawer bed and 1 bunk bed on top 0.90 x 2.00 (3 people can sleep here). Bedroom with two single beds 0.90 x 2.00. Bathroom with walk-in shower shared by the 2 bedrooms. Suite with double bed 1.60 x 2.00 and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, TV, sea view and access to the swimming pool. Separate toilet.

First floor: Master bedroom with double bed 1.60 x 2.00 and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, TV and sea view. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The villa is 11.2 km from Sintra, and 20 km from cosmopolitan Cascais, with its marina, entertainment, shops, beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, lovely seaside terraces, not to mention the buzz of a very active nightlife. Estoril, which has the largest casino in Europe, is just 28 km away. Lisbon, the capital with its cosmopolitan atmosphere, monuments, restaurants and Fado, is only 40 minutes away. Guincho, with its surrounding natural park, is highly recommended for beach and sports holidays. But along the coast the choice of other beaches is endless. Guincho is famous for its water sports activities, white sandy beaches for families, all within a 20 minute drive. For golfers there are 6 golf courses, 30 minutes away:

1) Quinta da Marinha
Set among beautiful pine trees and stretching down to Guincho Beach, this golf course boasts one of the most majestic landscapes in Portugal. Hole number 13, a Par 4 that descends to the sea, is a postcard of Portuguese golf.

2) Oitavos
It is the 1st golf course in Europe and the 2nd in the world to become a "Certified Signature Sanctuary - Gold".

3) Penha Longa
Enjoy championship features, an excellent level of maintenance and stunning panoramic views over the Sintra mountain range.

4) Estoril
One of the oldest and most famous golf courses in Portugal. Many champions - including Max Faulkner and Seve Ballesteros - have walked the fairways of this course.
