This 2-storey house is an eye-catcher in Monte Clerigo! The upper apartment is uninhabited, ensuring your privacy during your stay. The house has 2 bedrooms, kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom with washing machine, living room, large garden and a terrace with sun loungers. There is also a parking space next door, which is very pleasant, especially in high season.
Through the kitchen you have direct access to the terrace and garden where you will probably spend most of your time. The kitchen is well equipped and has an infrared heater and the living room has a pellet stove for the colder winter evenings.
As the house is on a hill, you feel majestic, it is a very special place with a lot of charm. A 3-minute walk will take you to the beach, where there are 2 nice restaurants. Aljezur is a 10-minute drive away and here you will find a large supermarket, ATMs, gas station, post office, fresh vegetable market, etc. If you come here for surfing, there is plenty of choice from different beaches nearby such as Amoreira, Arrifana, Amado or Odeceixe.
