It is an authentic house, in a rural location with the sea in the distance, near the medieval town of Silves. The house is located on a hill and offers a nice view over the interior and the amendoeira golf course. The house is a short distance from the well-known beautiful beaches of Armacao. And the cozy coastal towns of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo.
Around the house is a large plot of beautiful almond, fruit and olive trees. The garden is child-friendly and equipped with several terraces and a spacious swimming pool (10x5 m) with sunbeds.
Directly adjacent to the very spacious living room with kitchen is a covered terrace where large groups can dine wonderfully. On the terrace we also find the cozy barbecue area. The very tastefully decorated villa is equipped with all modern comforts. For example, the spacious kitchen has a concrete cooking island, but also a large induction stove, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. A wood stove and wasmaxchine. Next to the kitchen is an additional shower room with toilet which can also be reached from the pool. The comfortable living room is equipped with a large sofa and several armchairs, flat screen with Dutch channels and a beautiful wood stove. In total, Vila Branca can accommodate 12 adults and two babies.
The house is cleaned once a week and provided with new linen and towels. Groceries can be done in the supermarket in the nearest village Alcantarilha (2.5 km) or in Armação de Pera. Here we also find some typical Portuguese restaurants. The city of Silves, also known for its beautiful covered fresh market, is 8 kilometers from the villa. A day at the beach requires a 10-minute drive
