Our beautiful penthouse apartment is located outside Albufeira in Açoteias, just 400 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve, the Praia da Falésia. This elongated beach with the beautiful red rocks is easy to reach on foot. The sunny apartment is in a perfect spot, in the green gardens full of exotic blooms, cork oaks and pine trees of the Jardins da Falésia apartment complex. The complex is located in the most beautiful tourist area of the Algarve, between the Pine Cliffs Resort and Epic Sana Hotel, has two outdoor swimming pools and a children's pool.
The beach, shops, numerous restaurants and nightlife within easy reach, as well as several golf courses and other sports facilities. A central location for excursions in the area.
The air-conditioned penthouse is located on the top floor of the complex, has a balcony with large terrace, spacious living room, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an extensive kitchen inventory and is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is a smart TV with many channels and a chromecast with a.o. Netflix and Youtube. Wifi is free.
The sunny balcony and private roof terrace are accessible from the living room. The balcony overlooks the pools and gardens and is a perfect place to have breakfast or a coffee or wine in the morning. On the very large (49 m2!), very sunny roof terrace with lots of privacy you can lounge and have a beautiful view of the surrounding area.
